Our Story

Founded by Kate Vera in 2017, Vera Co Staging & Interiors began with a simple favor for a local real estate agent who wanted a listing to present better for photos. That one project sparked a deeper passion and quickly grew into a thriving staging and design business rooted in Kate’s lifelong love of interiors design.

With an intuitive eye and a love for both beauty and function, Kate brings authenticity, joy, and purpose to every project. Her work spans a wide range of styles, while a defining element of her aesthetic is the ability to effortlessly blend eras and genres. She has a deep appreciation for vintage and found pieces that add charm, soul, and a lived-in feel to every space. Her designs are elevated but never pretentious—always tailored to the unique story of each client or property.

Kate’s work has been featured on TV and is trusted by top real estate agents throughout Solano County, Napa, the Bay Area, and beyond. Whether she’s staging a listing, designing a Superhost Airbnb, or reimagining a family home or business, Kate approaches each project with care, creativity, and collaboration.

She lives in Vacaville with her husband and three children. When she’s not designing for others, she’s usually working on her own home, hiking, reading, or enjoying good coffee and a new design magazine.
